With over a decade of experience serving the pharmaceutical and food industries, TAFC is well-known for its exceptional high barrier properties in aluminium and specialty packaging foils. The company’s expertise in lacquering, lamination, printing, and slitting augments ACG’s capabilities in meeting the diverse packaging needs of its clients.
This acquisition marks ACG Group’s maiden venture in the Middle East, following the successful acquisitions of ComboCap and AquaCap in the Americas. TAFC is a strategic fit with ACG Films and Foils’ existing business operations, allowing both entities to leverage their collective strengths and expertise for accelerated growth.
