In 2024, ALM is expected to achieve sales exceeding €16 million. By 2026, the company plans to double its production capacity for aluminium aerosols, supported by a post-acquisition expansion plan involving an investment of over €15 million. This additional investment will focus on improving infrastructure and increasing the production capacity of the Barcelona plant to better serve the Iberian and European markets.
With over 35 years of experience, ALM produces and sells a wide range of aluminium packaging solutions for the food, beverage, cosmetics, personal care, and household care industries.
Paulo Sousa, CEO of Colep Packaging, commented on the acquisition: “This operation, together with the recent entry into Mexico, emphasises our vision for the aerosol segment and is aligned with the company’s growth strategy.”
Colep Packaging’s industrial infrastructure spans five locations: Vale de Cambra, Portugal; Kleszczów, Poland; Navarra and Barcelona, Spain; and Querétaro, Mexico.
