Averna has joined forces with Gotion, an internationally acclaimed battery manufacturer, to develop an advanced end-of-cycle test system aimed at enhancing the validation process for electrical components in battery packs. This collaboration signifies a significant leap in battery manufacturing, promising to set new benchmarks in quality and innovation.
Jochen Weber, Vice President of Averna Germany, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing that Averna’s cutting-edge test systems are ideally suited to Gotion’s forward-looking energy storage technology production. He highlighted the critical role of these systems in ensuring top-notch performance validation and fostering future technological advancements.
The testing solution, centered around the Inspektor™ Battery platform and leveraging NI’s test instrumentation, is tailored to meet Gotion’s specific requirements. It features a modular and scalable design, facilitating its integration across various production settings and ensuring comprehensive performance testing of battery packs. This integration is further enhanced by data connectivity capabilities, aligning with modern intelligent manufacturing principles.
