Inomin Mines (TSXV: MINE), the 100% owner of the Beaver-Lynx critical minerals project, has announced promising findings from the initial drilling at the South zone. Hole B23-01 yielded significant concentrations of 23.03% magnesium, 0.19% nickel, and 0.39% chromium. Meanwhile, hole B23-02 returned notable values of 21.09% magnesium, 0.17% nickel, and 0.34% chromium.
The Beaver-Lynx property, situated approximately 50 km from Williams Lake, B.C., offers convenient access via all-season roads and proximity to the hydro grid. In 2021, Inomin conducted drilling activities in the northern Beaver area, uncovering near-surface deposits of magnesium, nickel, chromium, and cobalt. The exploration involved five holes spanning a 5.5-km strike distance, with all holes revealing mineralization.
The Lynx area, located 11 km to the south of Beaver, exhibits geological similarities to the Beaver region. Provincial geologists’ stream sediment data highlighted a substantial 10-by-5-km nickel anomaly in the area. Additionally, airborne magnetics identified an expansive 8-km-wide ring-like anomaly, further underscoring the project’s mineral potential.
