Quirk's journey with Freeport began in 1989, covering a wide range of corporate functions including Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Development, and Treasury before stepping into the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Her leadership skills and comprehensive understanding of the company's operations were further recognized in 2021 when she was named President of FCX. In 2023, she was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors, marking her as a pivotal figure in the company's strategic planning and execution.
