Mtsensk Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant to Launch New Aluminium Semi-Finished Products Facility

Mtsensk Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant (MZOTSM) is set to enhance its production capabilities with the launch of a new facility dedicated to aluminium semi-finished products. This development marks a significant expansion in the plant's manufacturing portfolio.

MZOTSM has commenced start-up and adjustment works at its newly created production unit. This unit is focused on the manufacturing of various aluminium semi-finished products, including circles, pipes, wires, and more.

Pilot Batches and Production Targets

In February, the plant is expected to produce pilot batches of these aluminium products. Following this, in March, the new production line is anticipated to reach a monthly load level of 300 tonnes. By the end of the current year, MZOTSM aims to ramp up its output of aluminium semi-finished products to an impressive 1,000 tonnes per month.
