Process Development Testing Underway for Narraburra Rare Earth Project

Godolphin Resources has announced the commencement of a third phase of metallurgical test work on samples from its 100% owned Narraburra Rare Earth Elements (REE) Project. The process development testing, designed collaboratively by ANSTO and Ausenco Services Pty Ltd, includes the production of a Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate (MREC) product. This phase aims to support the Narraburra REE Project Scoping Study.

The scope of the test work encompasses slurry testing, solid/liquid separation, and impurity removal. These efforts are designed to provide initial cost estimates for the Scoping Study and to facilitate discussions with potential off-take partners, particularly regarding the composition of the MREC. The third phase follows earlier metallurgical testing by ANSTO, which demonstrated excellent extraction rates of REEs from composite samples representative of mining intervals.

The current phase of test work is expected to be completed within three months, with the Scoping Study anticipated to be delivered during the September 2024 Quarter. The metallurgical testing is being conducted alongside exploration planning for Godolphin's 100% owned copper and gold projects.

This phase of testing will provide the necessary understanding of the mineral processing flow sheet, crucial for the completion of the Narraburra Scoping Study. The ongoing collaboration with ANSTO and Ausenco ensures a comprehensive approach to developing the Narraburra REE Project.
