Three RUSAL Directors Resign from Board Effective June 27, 2024

Three directors of RUSAL—Mikhail Khardikov, Evgeny Kuryanov, and Evgeny Vavilov—have decided to resign from the company's board of directors, effective June 27, 2024, coinciding with the annual shareholders' meeting. This announcement was made in a statement to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

None of the directors have offered themselves for re-election. Upon their resignation, they will also step down from all board committees. Khardikov served as a non-executive director, while Kuryanov and Vavilov served as executive directors.

RUSAL is the largest aluminum producer outside China and the only primary aluminum producer in Russia. Its largest shareholder is En+ Holding, with a 56.88% stake, founded by Oleg Deripaska. Sual Partners holds 25.52% of the shares, and the remaining 17.59% is free float.
