Kam Kiu Aluminium Products Group, a Hong Kong-registered Chinese company, has announced plans to build a high-quality aluminum production facility in My Thuan Industrial Park, located in Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam. The investment for the project is estimated at $100 million.

The new plant will focus on producing aluminum components for the automotive, electronics, and telecommunications sectors, with a capacity of up to 100,000 tons per year. Kam Kiu aims to use advanced Western equipment and technologies similar to those in use at its Guangdong Province plant to ensure high-quality output.

The company is targeting a production launch in May 2025 and is seeking support from local authorities for the supply of essential resources, including water, natural gas, and electricity. Additionally, Kam Kiu has partnered with a local construction firm to help bring the project to completion.
