Xinjiang Technology Begins Operations at New Aluminium and Titanium Alloy Facility

Xinjiang Technology officially launched its Phase II aluminium and titanium alloy production project on September 5. The project, located in Haimen District, builds on the company's Phase I success in magnesium alloy production and represents a significant provincial industrial initiative in collaboration with China Aerospace Equipment. The total investment in the new titanium alloy project amounts to RMB 2 billion ($285 million).

Since construction began in December 2022, the Phase II development has completed facilities including a titanium alloy casting workshop and a comprehensive precision processing workshop, alongside production lines for titanium and aluminium alloys. The facility now features automated precision forming production lines for both titanium and aluminium alloy components.
