Unexplored Territory Offers High Potential for Lithium

White Cliff Minerals has identified its Lake Johnston South project in Western Australia's Goldfields region as a highly promising site for spodumene-bearing pegmatites. Spanning over 13 exploration licenses and covering 1874 square kilometres, the project area is adjacent to recent significant discoveries by Charger Metals and TG Metals.

Adjacent Discoveries Indicate Strong Lithium Presence

Recent joint venture findings by Charger and Rio Tinto Exploration at Lake Johnston have uncovered high-grade lithium samples, with lithium oxide percentages reaching as high as 4.2%. These discoveries underline the potential for similar high-grade lithium deposits within White Cliff's project area, which has not been previously explored for lithium.

Future Exploration and Drilling Plans

White Cliff is planning an initial reconnaissance campaign that will include detailed mapping and sampling. The company intends to submit a program of work for future drilling, scheduled to commence early next year. This exploration effort aims to uncover potential greenfield lithium discoveries along the spodumene-rich corridor within its licence holding.

Company's Chairman Expresses Optimism

Roderick McIllree, Chairman of White Cliff Minerals, expressed excitement about the lithium prospect, which adds to the company's diverse portfolio in both Canada and Western Australia. White Cliff's WA portfolio also includes rare earths and iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) projects across various regions.

High Copper and Silver Potential in Canada

In addition to its lithium ventures, White Cliff has secured significant ground in Canada's Nunavut province, showing promise for copper and silver mineralization. Exploration at the Coppermine River has validated numerous prospective occurrences, with rock-chip samples showing remarkably high copper and silver percentages.

Balancing Global Exploration Efforts

While the company is dedicated to exploring its new territories in Canada, the Lake Johnston South project in Australia represents a significant opportunity, especially given the current market interest in lithium. The project's potential for lithium discoveries positions White Cliff Minerals as a notable player in the evolving lithium market.
