EXLABESA has successfully acquired FLANDRIA ALUMINIUM, a specialized French company engaged in extrusion, machining, surface treatment, and recycling of aluminum profiles. The agreement, recently finalized, has received the necessary legal approvals from relevant authorities and has been sanctioned by the French Competition Commission.

This strategic takeover aligns with EXLABESA's international expansion strategy and is poised to bolster the company's direct presence in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands. It will enable EXLABESA to offer high-value, customer-centric products and services in these markets.

Both EXLABESA and FLANDRIA ALUMINIUM, rooted in family origins, share congruent values and a deep-seated passion for the aluminum industry. EXLABESA plans to leverage its entrepreneurial vision and investment capacity to reinforce the French company and drive its sustained growth. Simultaneously, FLANDRIA will retain a substantial degree of autonomy to adeptly address the unique demands of its market.

Located in Warneton within the French Nord department, FLANDRIA ALUMINIUM boasts a legacy of over 50 years and currently employs a workforce of 170. The company specializes in crafting aluminum profiles for the construction, industrial, and transportation sectors. Its extensive facilities, spanning more than 35,000 square meters, house two presses with diameters of 8'' and 9'' respectively. Additionally, FLANDRIA operates an aluminum recycling facility equipped with a melting furnace, augmenting EXLABESA's capacity for low-carbon aluminum production.

EXLABESA, a multinational enterprise with a history marked by sustained growth and responsible management, has solidified its position as a global leader in producing high-value aluminum profiles for discerning industrial sectors. The company operates across three continents through nine strategically positioned production centers in Spain, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Morocco, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
