Klockner & Co to Build New Aluminum Processing Facility in Columbus

Klockner & Co has announced plans to construct a new aluminum flat-rolled processing facility on the campus of Aluminum Dynamics LLC in Columbus. The new facility is intended to expand Klockner's product and service portfolio, with ramp-up expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.

This investment aims to enhance the company's growth in both the U.S. and Mexico markets. The project will be realized through Klockner's U.S. subsidiary, Kloeckner Metals Corp, positioning the company to better serve the growing demand for aluminum products in these regions.

In pre-market trading, Klockner's stock saw an uptick of 1.13%, trading at 4.46 euros on the XETRA exchange following the announcement.
